Our history
Chilli Beans was born in 1997 at an alternative fashion fair in São Paulo – Brazil with the aim of revolutionizing the traditional format for selling sunglasses, which until then had always been locked away in shop windows. The creator's idea was to bring the self-service concept to the category, with products displayed so that people could handle, try and have fun. The brand changed consumers' relationship with eyewear categories and made it possible for aficionados to have more than one piece to use in different situations. Innovation was the basis of the fast-fashion concept, Chilli Beans ' main driver, with weekly launches of sunglasses, graduated frames and watches. Today the brand is the leader in the glasses and accessories segment in Latin America. |
