EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Did you change your mind? We will be happy to exchange your unused Chilli Beans within 14 days of purchase . Buying from our online store is 100% RISK FREE .
If you wish to return your items, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order and a full refund will be processed within 30 working days after the order arrives at our warehouse.

Please note that items must be in the original condition they were sent in and must be sent back as soon as you intend to return or exchange them.
You should not return a damaged product without first contacting our customer support team.
In the event that a product is damaged upon receipt, we kindly ask that you contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the items at your address.
GUARANTEE
Chilli Beans guarantees automatically come into effect after purchasing any sunglasses, watches and glasses product from the Optical line. We grant a warranty period of (2) years on all our sunglasses, watches and glasses from the Optical line. This guarantee ensures that products meet the required standards of usability and durability.
Chilli Beans warranties do not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the materials used;
- Theft or loss of the product;
- Intentional damage;
- Damage resulting from misuse or neglected care.
The warranty does not apply if a third party carries out any repairs to our products.
Any shipping costs for returns following a warranty claim or repair request (for defects occurring after the customer has used the product) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
